The main frame is manufactured from ¼” A36 plate steel and cut on a CNC table. This improves the quality and stability of the frame because there are no welded tubes or angles, which can give and easily twist or bend in any tough application. CWMF is manufacturing a product to last during those times. No welded tubes, only welded 12’ seams. The best in the industry.

We offer optional motorized head pulleys to give the conveyors uniform weight distribution reducing any wear on the frame. That also means less maintenance and costly down times. A conveyor can come equipped with as many options required such as a weigh bridge, belt scraper, gravity take-up, hydraulic lift, wind guards and a mounted scalping screen.
